BOOKINGS
We
prefer direct bookings through our head office at Mt. Hagen,
refer to address shown above. However, booking inquiries can
be made through the above mentioned Australian representative
agencies. Whilst it is not normal policy to call for deposits
there are times when such is required due to heavy bookings
on flights and hotels such as during the Mt. Hagen Show over
the third weekend of August each. At this and the Goroka Show
in September advance booking is a must and as precaution we
block book accommodation in both areas. Most hotels are booked
12 months ahead and therefore deposits and/or full prepayment
is required. Cancellation penalties will only be applied in
instances where cancellation notice is received late and space
cannot be resold.
Paradise
Adventure Tours does not accept liability for and indemnifies
itself from claims for loss, damages, personal injury whilst
on tour sold by the Company. We highly recommend you take
out necessary full travel insurance prior to embarkation from
port of origin. The Company reserves the right to cancel wholly
or part or revise tour programs due to weather and other causes
resulting from acts of nature.
